JACKSON, Tenn.- Chick-fil-A is coming to Union University soon. In a release Friday the university said the national restaurant chain has reached an agreement with Aramark, the company that operates Union’s dining services. According to the release, some current Aramark employees have been trained by Chick-fil-A and will serve as the operators of the new restaurant. Union’s Senior Vice President Gary Carter said the menu would probably not include everything at a full-service Chick-fil-A, but that the restaurant would expand its hours of operation. The restaurant will be coming to the private university in the 2015 spring semester.
