Jackson man charged with soliciting underage girl
JACKSON, Tenn. — A Jackson man is jailed after police say they intervened during a meeting he had scheduled with an underage girl. Cody Agee, 25, is charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor. Court papers say Agee sent nude pictures of himself to the young girl and asked her to perform various acts with a sex toy. Officers say when they arrested him they confiscated a sex toy, his phone and tablet. His bond is set at $50,000.
