Woman faces felony theft charge in Jackson court

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A woman was in Jackson court Monday on a charge of felony theft. Melissa Douglas was officially charged with felony theft from Belk at the Old Hickory Mall. According to the affidavit, loss prevention personnel saw her hide items in a bag and walk out without paying. Her bond is set at $20,000.
