Local realty employee accused of embezzling money

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — In Jackson City Court Wednesday, a member of a local realty company faced accusations of embezzling money. Alonzo Eskridge was in charge of collecting monthly rent payments for Cooper realty company. According to his boss, Eskridge was not turning that money back in. Court documents say Eskridge admitted to taking more than $10,000 of rent money from the business. He is currently Free on a $7,500 bond.
