JACKSON, Tenn. – The big stage doesn’t fear University of Tennessee at Martin senior Tony Bell. In a few days, Bell heads to California to prepare for the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. “I can go play with anyone in the country,” said Bell. ” I did it against Mississippi State, and I know I can do it again.” Bell is the third straight Skyhawk to participate in a major postseason bowl. The previous two (Montori Hughes and Jeremy Butler) are currently in the NFL. “We can produce talent just like anybody else. I’m going to walk the path and show everyone it’s not what school you’re at. It’s how you perform,” explained Bell. The 2015 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl is schedule for Saturday, Jan. 17 at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif.
