Investigators reportedly find drug paraphernalia

BROWNSVILE, Tenn.– Investigators make arrests after reportedly finding drug paraphernalia in a residence on Brentwood Drive. According to a release, officers found a glass pipe used for smoking meth, a syringe, and other drug paraphernalia, along with 10, $1 bills that had been altered for the purpose of counterfeiting. Officers arrested the resident of the apartment, Heather Hankins and charged her with drug paraphernalia and 10 counts of criminal simulation. Also, charges were filed against Justin Kennedy for 10 counts of criminal simulation. Both were held without bond.
