Goodwill to host hotel job fair in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Goodwill Career Solutions will host a job fair Thursday in Jackson. The fair is being held for Vista Host Inc. to fill several positions for local hotels and will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Residence Inn at 126 Old Medina Crossing, according to a release. Employers include Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. Openings include general manager, guest service representative, breakfast host, room attendants and houseman, with salaries ranging from $7.50 per hour to $35,000 per year. Representatives from the companies will be on site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success, the release states.
