JACKSON, Tenn.-Jackson police and U.S. Marshals ramp up their efforts to find a wanted gunman. A billboard located at the Highway 45 ByPass and Airways Boulevard features wanted gunman Kirby Ross. He faces counts of attempted first degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and having a gun as a convicted felon in connection with a January 9 shooting in north Jackson.
