Man arrested by U.S. Marshals now charged with having drugs

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man taken into custody Tuesday by U.S. Marshals is now accused of having drugs at the time of his arrest. Court papers say officers found more than four grams of crack and powder cocaine on Chico Parks. Parks had four outstanding felony warrants out of Henderson and Hardin counties. When he was taken into custody for those warrants, officers supposedly found the drugs in his pocket. Parks is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
