DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A woman was back in court Friday to face more charges similar to those from a previous arrest. Velve Robin Lowe, already charged with vandalism and theft at a Jackson laundromat, was back before a judge Friday morning after investigators say they’ve linked her to two other similar crimes. Charging documents say the owner of Family Laundry has surveillance footage showing Lowe prying open several machines with scissors and taking about $100 on Feb. 10. Her bond is set at $25,000.
