MIDDLETON, Tenn. — One West Tennessee library has earned statewide recognition. The Middleton Community Library has been listed at No. 1 in the state for the most Regional Ebook and Audiobook Download System, or READS, checkouts per capita during the 2013-2014 fiscal year. The READS system offers thousands of digital e-book and audio books for free to download.
