JACKSON, Tenn. — Signs are up in Jackson for the mayoral and city council election. Saturday, March 21st is the first official day yard signs can be placed around the city, after the city ordinance states signs can go up 45 days prior to the polling locations opening. Early voting begins April 15th, and election day is May 5th.
