Man accused of trying to sneak marijuana into Madison Co. jail

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A man went before a judge Wednesday on charges of trying to sneak marijuana into the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex. Nicholas Bernard Fuller was being booked into the jail around 7 p.m. Tuesday when a deputy allegedly found 17.3 grams of marijuana in his underwear, according to an affidavit. Fuller is charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility and felony possession of schedule VI. His bond was set at $6,000.
