Fire disrupts Gibson Co. elementary school

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — An afternoon fire at a Gibson County elementary school leaves teachers and students outside in the cold for several hours. According to the Humboldt Fire Department, the fire started in a bathroom inside East End Elementary School. There is no official word yet on the possible cause. Officials with the Humboldt City School District would not comment on the fire.
