JACKSON, Tenn. — Goodwill stores in the area will be opening an hour earlier starting April 1. Officials with Goodwill say the change is to better serve customers. The new store hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. The new hours also will apply during store-wide half-off sales the first Saturday of each month and at Donation Express Centers connected to Goodwill stores. The sale of donated items in the 34 retail stores located in the 48-county territory operated by Goowill Industries of Middle Tennessee fund the nonprofit’s mission of providing employment and training opportunities to people struggling to find or keep jobs.
