JACKSON, Tenn. — Students at St. Mary’s School welcomed a special visitor Friday. Ollie the Otter from the Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office stopped by to talk about how to stay safe on the road. Ollie discussed slowing down in construction zones, how to wear seat belts properly and riding in a booster seat until reaching 4 feet 9 inches in height.
