MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Civil Service Commission heard the case of a former Madison County correctional officer Wednesday. The commission heard Danny Bray Jr.’s case at the Madison County Court House. Bray was terminated due to being absent several times. The commission consists of Daniel J. Taylor, Leigh Grinalds and David Camp. Commission members hear a case, discuss the facts and then issue a written opinion, which is then sent to the lawyers involved before being made public. Taylor, the chairman of the commission, said a decision will be made with the next two weeks.
