Bunny Run Car Show hops into jackson

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — Hundreds of classic cars rolled into Jackson Friday afternoon for the 23rd annual Bunny Run Car Show. The event features more than 300 classic cars and hot rods and is sponsored by the Jackson Rod and Custom Car Club. Organizers say although the cars are a big highlight of the event, the group’s main focus is donating to charity. “The visitors that come and pay the money to see the cars, we try to make sure that we spread it around and give it back to the community,” president Dan Jackson said. The Bunny Run Car Show runs through Saturday, April 18 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is $4, and all proceeds go to local charities.
