Miss Tennessee visits Bemis school

BEMIS, Tenn. — A Tennessee celebrity went back to school Monday, but she didn’t have a backpack — she wore a crown. Miss Tennessee 2014 Hayley Lewis spent her morning with students at the Montessori School at Bemis. She used the stop to talk about her platform — preventing bullying and encouraging students to make safe choices. She also was able to personally meet several students in the elementary and middle school classes.
