Northeast Middle School donates to Area Relief Ministries

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. —

Students from Northeast Middle School presented their weeks of hard work today donating to Area Relief Ministries. The project was put together by the students in the school’s Academic Academy, but every one chipped in packaging boxes of hygiene products for ARM. The Academic Academy coordinator estimated 200 pounds of hygiene products were collected. “The students worked with me over the course of about a month and a half to organize the event, to create the flyers, to distribute the posters and information and then we opened about a week collecting the items students recognize there’s a need in Jackson for homeless, Andy Exum said. Area Relief Ministries, better known as ARM, is a faith-based, non-profit, that helps out with several needs, including those of the homeless, in the Hub City.
