NORTHEAST JACKSON, Tenn. — There was something different about the annual Tennessee Titans Caravan Tour stop in Jackson on Thursday. Hundreds of fans lined up to see their local star return to West Tennessee. “A lot of people from my hometown are here,” said Milan native Avery Williamson, who is entering his second season with the Titans. “It’s cool to give back and see everybody.” Thursday’s free event at the West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex is a tradition for some families. Amy Phillips of Henderson says she goes every year. “My mom loves it, my dad loves it and my daughter loves seeing T-Rac,” Phillips said. “It’s awesome they come to Jackson. They care about the fans and we care about them.” The Titans Caravan has been going on since 1998.
