Suspects sought in Dollar General robbery

WEST JACKSON — Jackson police are searching for two suspects in the armed robbery of the Dollar General store on Hollywood Drive. The hold-up happened just after 9 p.m. Sunday. Officers said the two men, described as black men wearing all black clothing, walked into the store and demanded money from the register. One of them reportedly had a handgun. Witnesses said the two took off on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. No one inside the store was injured.
