Alamo native inducted into R&B Music Hall of Fame

CROCKETT COUNTY, Tenn. — An Alamo native has been honored with induction into the Rhythm and Blues Music Hall of Fame. Loretta Jazzii Anderson was inducted Saturday and also was presented the first ever Nat D. Williams Radio Personality of the Year Award, according to a release. The ceremony took place at the Clarksdale Civic Auditorium in Clarksdale, Miss. Anderson said she hopes she will be an inspiration to others as others have been to her, the release states.
