JACKSON, Tenn. — The city of Jackson on Tuesday approved a sublease with the Wo/Men’s Resource and Rape Assistance Program. The Safe Hope Center is the combination of efforts between Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and the city to be a resource center for victims of sexual and domestic violence. WRAP says they have agreed to sublease the building on Roland Avenue as part of the effort to provide the needed resources for the center to succeed.
