Darryl Worley and Friends perform in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Country music star and Hardin County native Darryl Worley made a stop in the Hub City Tuesday evening. Worley held his 14th annual “Darryl Worley and Friends” songwriters’ event at Bumpus Harley-Davidson in Jackson. Hundreds of guests were treated to intimate, acoustic performances by Worley and other musicians, with more than 200 tickets sold at the event. “It’s just not like going out to a concert,” Worley said. “Sometimes when the concert’s over you’re spent, but people leave here talking about the experience, and we’re just excited to do it.” All proceeds from the event go to the Darryl Worley Foundation.
