CAMDEN, Tenn. — Camden Police Chief George Smith has been honored with the distinction of Chief of the Year for the western division of the state. The Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police nominated Smith in his division, and he attended the association’s conference Friday where he was awarded the honor.
