Police: Man accused of pulling gun on woman, kids

MILAN, Tenn. — Milan police are looking for a man they say pulled a gun on a woman and her two children over the weekend. Authorities said Ralpheal Clay physically assaulted a woman while she was holding one of her children. According to the police report, Clay also pulled a gun on the woman and her boyfriend while she was still standing with her children. The victim said Clay was last seen headed toward Humboldt.
