JACKSON, Tenn.,–Nonprofit, Last C.H.A.N.C.E.S.said its on a mission to empower youth to make proactive decisions about life. The organization is currently looking for more volunteers. Staff, Sharonda and Melvin Jarrett said they want to share their own personal testaments with gang violence, domestic violence and abuse to encourage children to overcome negative environments.
