Madison Co. commissioner Harrell to retain seat

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — County commissioner and budget committee chair Ann Harrell will be retaining her seat, according to county officials. Harrell had resigned her position July 20 and announced she was moving out of her district. She has represented District 10 in northeast Madison County for three years. The statement from the county did not include any further information.
