Information regarding charging for state records inspection
Tennessee residents can comment on the proposal for charging for state records inspection through an online survey on the Office of Open Records Counsel website, www.comptroller.tn.gov/openrecords.
The office will hold public hearings in Knoxville, Nashville and Jackson, the week of Sept. 14. Citizens can send written comments to comments.open.recordscot.tn.gov.
