Bolivar firefighter certified as fire tactics, safety instructor
BOLIVAR, Tenn. — A Bolivar firefighter has been certified as an instructor for other departments. Bolivar training officer Tommy Breeden was awarded a certification in Principles of Modern Fire Attack and now will begin teaching modern day tactics, fire safety and survival skills to other local fire departments.
