JACKSON, Tenn. — Police have charged two juveniles in a Monday bomb threat at North Side High School. Two 17-year-old North Side students are charged with filing a false report, according to a release from the Jackson Police Department. Because the false report was in reference to an impending bombing, they are charged with a Class C felony, the release states. The school received two phone calls threatening there was a bomb in the school, according to police. Both juveniles are being held at the Madison County Juvenile Detention Center pending a detention hearing. Jackson police and the Madison County Sheriff’s Department investigated the case.
