Martin police arrest man wanted for leaving crash scene

MARTIN, Tenn. — A man sought by police for leaving the scene of a crash has been arrested. Larry Harper was taken into custody around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday on Sterling Street, according to the Martin Police Department. Police say Harper crashed a car into a utility pole Tuesday and then left the scene on foot.
