Investigators said they are looking for a black man wearing dark clothes. “It gets pretty bad because you worry about the bullets reflecting through the house,” Cody Kulikowski, a neighbor, said. Bryant said the shooting does not surprise him. “It concerns me because I have a daughter that goes to school and I just want her to be safe when she gets home from school,” he said. Police said the victim is expected to be OK. Investigators said they have a police camera nearby and plan to review the footage for clues.
