McKENZIE, Tenn. — The director of Bethel’s Renaissance program is up for an inspirational musical award. Matthew Holt, executive director of Renaissance, has been nominated along with other collaborators for Inspirational Album of the Year at the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Awards. Holt arranged and produced the hymn “Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silence.” Other producers nominated for work on the album include Michael English, Lari Goss, David Phelps, and The Martins. That album was also up for a Grammy earlier this year. The 46th annual Dove Awards will be held in October in Nashville.
