Police: Fingerprints link suspect to 2014 burglary

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man was in city court Tuesday on charges stemming from the 2014 burglary of a Jackson business. Christopher Danta Jackson is charged with burglary, theft over $500 and vandalism in the March 2014 burglary of Superway in the 700 block of Airways Boulevard, according to court documents. Officers responded to the burglary around 3:30 a.m. and saw three men running from the business, according to an affidavit. Police recovered the suspects’ vehicle nearby, and investigators processed it for fingerprints. Jackson was implicated as a suspect and later was marched to fingerprints in the vehicle, according to police. Jackson’s bond is set at $25,000.
