JACKSON, Tenn. — A man appears Friday in Jackson City Court on accusations of stealing a truck and leading officers on a low-speed chase. Police say as a man was leaving a gas station he found Christopher McKinney in the driver’s seat of his car. Court documents say McKinney took off in the stolen car, leading police on a low-speed chase. McKinney was taken into custody on charges of auto theft and a felony count of evading arrest.
