THP identifies 3 killed in east Madison Co. crash

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Highway Patrol has identified the three people killed in a Wednesday morning crash. The single-vehicle wreck took place just after 11 a.m. on Highway 412 near Cotton Grove Road. The driver, Brandon Bailey, 26, and two passengers, Stormie Weaver, 19, and Neil Burcham Jr., 27, all of Lexington, all were deceased at the scene of the crash, according to a THP report. The 1997 Dodge Ram pickup truck was traveling westbound on 412 when it traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree, according to the THP. The Tennessee Highway Patrol, Madison County Fire Department, Madison County deputies and EMS all responded to the wreck.
