Documents: Former Bobo defense attorney agreed to disbarment

JACKSON, Tenn. — New details have been released in the disbarment of Fletcher Long, the former defense attorney for Holly Bobo suspect Jason Autry. According to documents from the state Supreme Court, Long agreed to the disbarment because he said he could not successfully defend himself. Along with not being able to practice law, Long will pay nearly $1,200 to the Board of Professional Responsibility. Long was convicted of extortion in June in Clarksville.
