Man wanted by U.S. Marshals turns self in

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — A man has turned himself in after being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service. Eli Salyers turned himself in Wednesday afternoon at the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, according to U.S. Marshals. Marshals say Salyers contacted them Wednesday after seeing his picture on TV and arranged to turn himself in. Salyers was wanted on a parole violation. Officers say he fled Tuesday morning on an ATV on Rock Creek Road in Henderson County.
