1 airlifted after 412 crash; injuries determined to be minor

CROCKETT COUNTY, Tenn. — A Friday afternoon wreck along Highway 412 sent one person to the hospital by medical helicopter. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says just after 3 p.m. a tractor-trailer was rear-ended by a Nissan Infiniti, causing the car to spin off into the median. Authorities say the injuries ended up being minor in nature and that 412 was only shut down for about 15 minutes.
