TVA invites public to celebrate National Public Lands Day

JACKSON, Tenn. — The TVA is inviting the public to celebrate National Public Lands Day on Saturday and to volunteer to help care for our nation’s public lands. It’s the nation’s largest single-day volunteer event for public lands. The event was created to educate people about critical issues affecting the environment and natural resources as well as the need for shared stewardship of these valued, irreplaceable lands.
