Gunshot victim shows up at Jackson ER, police say

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police confirm a gunshot victim showed up Thursday morning at a Jackson emergency room. Officers say the victim came to the ER of Jackson-Madison County General Hospital early Thursday morning but did not provide a specific time. According to police, the victim sustained non-life threatening injuries to the jaw. Investigators say the shooting apparently happened early Thursday morning on Forest Avenue.
