JACKSON, Tenn. — Employees at Delta Faucet came together Wednesday to fight childhood diseases. The workers held their “Taste of Delta.” The friendly competition between departments helped raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Awards were handed out for favorites in categories including food, theme and most money raised. “On top of the donation you make at the beginning, you can also purchase some dimes and you go around and put your dime in the cup to vote on your favorite food, and that money also goes to St. Jude,” said plant manager Mike Rohlwing. Non-participating employees paid $5 to go through the line and sample a number of the delicious dishes.
