Henry Co. man indicted on charges of lying about military past
HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. — A grand jury has indicted a man on perjury and tampering with evidence charges after he allegedly lied about serving in the military. Guy Biggs is accused of making the claims in March during testimony in his attempted first-degree murder trial, according to court documents. His wife, Joyce Anne Biggs, also was indicted on a count of filing a false report.
