U.S. Marshals offer reward for arrest of Hardin Co. man

JACKSON, Tenn. — The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a Hardin County man. Joel Wayne Jackson is wanted on parole violation and failure to appear charges, according to a U.S. Marshals release. Jackson was originally convicted on drug trafficking charges in Hardin County. He is believed to be in West Tennessee and is suspected of committing an assault Monday near Saltillo, according to the release. Jackson is described as a black man standing about five feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds. Anyone with information is urged to call the U.S. Marshals at 731-427-4661.
