USJ’s Rolison signs with Ole Miss baseball

USJ senior Ryan Rolison’s goal was always to play in the SEC. The lefty pitcher never thought Ole Miss would be the school that would offer him a scholarship. “Me and the coaches from the time I went on my visit just clicked,” Rolison said. “That’s a thing that I want. A coach that cares for me not only on my baseball skills, but as a person.” Over the summer, Rolison helped the 18U Team USA national baseball team beat host Japan for a world championship. He feels prepared to play in the SEC after that trip. “It’s probably the toughest conference in baseball,” Rolison said. “Over this past summer, I’ve gotten myself prepared playing against some of the best people in the world and that’s really gotten me ready for the next level .”
