RIFA encourages community to give back on Giving Tuesday

JACKSON, Tenn. — After Thanksgiving, Black Friday and cyber Monday nonprofits such as RIFA want the community to be a part of Giving Tuesday. In just one week, service projects, donations and other opportunities to help the Hub City will take place. RIFA says there are opportunities to help the organization as well as other nonprofits in the area. They encourage families and businesses to take part. “It’s not just about monetary donations even though those are greatly appreciated,” said Chelsea Cobb of RIFA. “They really do go so far, and it’s about giving your time. It’s about helping to serve your fellow Jacksonians.” For more information about Giving Tuesday, visit the Seen on 7 section of our website.
