Royal Christmas party at Rockabilly Hall of Fame
JACKSON, Tenn.-Saturday, music history makers will be in the Hub City for a royal Christmas party.
The Internationally Rockabilly Hall of Fame will induct drummer Carl Griffin of the group ‘The Ace Cannon Band’ to its list.
In his 57-year-career, Griffin has played more than 1.5 million drum beats.
Organizers said everyone is invited to the party.
“The history makers will be in Jackson (Saturday). We will begin at 11 a.m. and they’ll be available for autographs, dances, parties and songs for you at no charge,” said Henry Harrison of the International Rockabilly Hall of Fame.
According to Harrison, this royal Christmas party will be the world’s largest gathering of Rockabilly musicians.
