Former Gibson Co. sheriff Chuck Arnold arraigned

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — A former sheriff was arraigned in court Monday morning along with 11 others in his administration.

Former Gibson County Sheriff Chuck Arnold was arraigned on 113 counts.

Arnold is represented by Mark Donohoe, who entered a not-guilty plea to the court on Arnold’s behalf.

“The defendant can waive his appearance for the purposes of the arraignment, which was today, and we did that,” Donohoe said. “He will make an appearance at the remaining court proceedings.”

The motion hearing has been set for April 11 and 12.
